Tiramisu recipe with whipped cream

  • 12 Italian biscuits Ital d'Oro Savoiardi
  • 2 eggs
  • 250g mascarpone
  • 200g Pilos cream (but I used HuLaLa)
  • 25g ground espresso
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 100ml coffee liqueur (but I didn't use it for Andrada)
  • 100 g of sugar

Tiramisu recipe with whipped cream

Arrange the biscuits on a plate. Prepare 150 ml of espresso coffee from ground coffee, let it cool a bit and pour over the biscuits.

Separate the eggs, beat the yolks well with the sugar, then add by mixing the Mascarpone cheese. Beat the whipped cream and add it to the composition. Cover the biscuits with this cream and let it penetrate in the fridge, and before serving, sprinkle cocoa powder on top.
