Put the yeast in a bowl with 1 teaspoon of sugar and 100 ml of lukewarm water.
After the yeast has blossomed, add the rest of the water, flour, salt powder and knead. When it is almost ready, put the warm oil and knead until it is incorporated into the dough.
Grease two trays with oil and line with flour, I put a cake tray and a guguluf tray.
Leave to rise for 20 minutes, then take the dough and divide it into two equal parts.
Put the dough in the trays and let it rise for another 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the bread dough trays for about 60 minutes.
