  • 1 teaspoon thyme

RECIPE PREPARATION Hungarian potatoes:

We clean and wash the potatoes, onions and garlic. We cut the potatoes into very small cubes, we cut the onion into small pieces and we grind the garlic. Put everything in a bowl, add oil, salt and thyme, mix well all the ingredients. Put the potatoes in a tray on baking paper and bake for 30-35 minutes. After the first 20 minutes, turn the potatoes a little to brown nicely on all sides.
