Forget the whiskey. This warming Toddy replaces the brown spirit with cachaça laced with chai and spicy ginger liqueur.

  • 1 bag Chai tea
  • 1 oz Avuá Amburana Cachaça
  • 1 oz King's Ginger Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Garnish: Lemon wheel stuffed with cloves and cinnamon stick
  1. Soak one tea bag in a half mug of hot water for 30 seconds.

  2. Remove the tea bag, add the rest of the ingredients and top with more hot water.

  3. Garnish with lemon wheel stuffed with four to five cloves and a cinnamon stick.
