This cocktail is the gin-based, day-drinking sipper of choice at Barcelona’s Polaroid Bar.

  • 1 1/2 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Blue curaçao
  • 1 oz Lime juice
  • 1 barspoon White sugar
  • Garnish: 2 bendy straws
  1. Shake all ingredients with ice, strain and serve in double rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with 2 bendy straws.
