I chose to use pork and because I wanted to cook in Asian style, I had to cook the meat separately and the vegetables separately.

First I washed the pork well and cut it into cubes and then I put it in a pan on the fire in which I heated about two teaspoons of wok oil.

The next step was to chop an onion - just the white part and let it fry in oil with the pork. While they were frying, I sprinkled spices: salt, white and green pepper, chilli. When the meat and onions were fried, I turned off the heat and set them aside without adding water or anything else.

In another pan I prepared the vegetables, namely I reheated a teaspoon of oil for the wok and left to fry the mushrooms cut into slices but whole, with the foot. I left them for about 5 minutes, turning them vigorously from side to side, just enough to soften a little, to catch the garlic flavor and to change their color a little in copper-brown. When the mushrooms were ready, I turned them over in the other pan, over the pork and onion.

In the same pan I put a little more oil and I added the diced zucchini and the grated carrot with the large meshes. I let them stir a little, no more than 5 minutes and they had the same fate - they landed on pork, onions and mushrooms.

Last time, in the same pan I poured another teaspoon of wok oil and fried for about 5 minutes sliced Chinese cabbage together with green onions with all the leaves and a hot pepper. When they were ready, I poured them into the other pan where all the other ingredients were already.

I want to mention that all the vegetables remained in a more raw state, I added the spices and I mixed all the ingredients with a palette to make them uniform.

Chinese pork recipes

I would say that the most popular meat in Chinese cuisine must be pork. Chinese people can use every part of a pork to make all sorts of different delicious dishes.

An interesting cooking tip for you:

If you want to buy some pork to make Chinese meatballs or dumpling fillings, please buy meat that contains at least 30% fat. Many readers ask me why the dumplings I make make such a hard, dry filling, but I explain to everyone that pork that contains only 5%, 10% or 20% fat is used.

The meat is not fat enough and that is why their dumplings or meatballs taste and dry.

If you do not want to use extra fat meat, you can mix a little tofu into the filling or mixture. It will not be as effective as fatty meat, but it will help soften the filling and improve the texture.

What ingredients did I use plus a recommendation

I guess since you're exploring this recipe, you're a fan of salmon. I like it very much too. Which is perfect, considering it's very healthy.

What would be the health benefits? Well, it protects the heart and prevents Alzheimer's, helping the body as it begins to age. My son is crazy about salmon and I give it to him as often as possible, especially since it is an important source of Omega 3 that helps children's brain development.

As the season of fresh vegetables on the market has passed, in winter, my favorites are frozen vegetables. I consider them the tastiest variants, superior to preserves.

This is also because, with today's technology, those vegetables are cleaned, cooked and frozen a few hours after they were harvested. Thus they keep as many nutrients and vitamins as possible.

These types of mixtures are very useful for busy housewives who want to provide a healthy meal to the family in the middle of winter, with nutrients so valuable to our health.

For this recipe I used Edenia mix, wok mix. Respecting the leaflet on the bag, I put the vegetables in the hot oil without having thawed them beforehand. They came out kind, soft and crunchy at the same time, just the way I like them.

And because housewives always have the dilemma "What else to cook?", Edenia comes to their aid, offering ideas for tasty and nutritious recipes that you can see by visiting www.vitrinacuidei.ro. You will find there a lot of recipe ideas when you are up for inspiration.

That being said, let's get to work, because hunger is great and lust is even greater.

Don't forget that in the recipe, you can also find the video version. I must admit that I like filming recipes rather than just photographing them, so I see a new passion on the horizon. On the other hand, I admit that my video, at the end, looks a bit strange, the phase is that by the time I cooked the vegetables, the light had changed and I didn't realize what would affect the filming. Well, beginner stuff. Asadar & # 8230.
