I really like bruschettas. They are simple and quick to prepare! Plus I can prepare them according to the appetite of the moment. Whether they are with tomatoes and garlic, or with mushrooms and cheese or another combination of ingredients… ..they are delicious!

  • 4 slices of ciabatta with olives
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • garlic mayonnaise
  • olive oil
  • fresh parsley
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Bruschetta:

Fry the ciabatta slices in the oven or on the toaster.

Cut the tomatoes into cubes, mix with a little oil, garlic and parsley and match the taste with salt and pepper.

The slices of fried ciabatta are greased with garlic mayonnaise, then the tomatoes are distributed on each one.

Serve immediately.
