Boiled papanasi dessert with cottage cheese

In a bowl we put the cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla essence, flour, semolina and with the help of a spatula we homogenize the composition well.

Take from the composition of the cheese and form small balls, the size of a walnut. Hands must be floured.

In a saucepan put 2 liters of boiling water with a pinch of salt. When the water boils, put the balls formed in the pan. Stir with a spatula. Let the papanas boil until they begin to rise to the surface of the water.

Remove them one by one with a spatula and drain them well. In a pan, melt the butter and add the breadcrumbs. Leave the pan on the fire for a few minutes until the breadcrumbs change color. Add the sugar and mix.

Pour the resulting composition on a plate and roll the boiled papanas so that they are well covered with breadcrumbs. Enjoy.
