Mix eggs with a pinch of salt and sugar until the sugar dissolves.

Add tablespoon by tablespoon oil, milk and quenched ammonia.

Add the flour and start kneading the dough until it sticks to your hands (be a dough neither too soft nor too hard)

Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

Put 1 small ball of dough in the walnut press and bake them on the stove flame until lightly browned (about 1 minute on each side)

When they have cooled, carefully remove the edges (where applicable).

Mix the biscuit breadcrumbs with the nesquik, cocoa, sugar, rum and cold milk.

Mix the butter and gradually add the biscuit cream.

Fill each walnut shell with the cream obtained and then join them two by two.

Put the walnuts in powdered sugar and then keep them in boxes / bags until serving.
